Design Services:
CCM offers full design services from an experienced staff of Hardware
Engineers. Subsequently, this service also allows for a complete
Engineering review of our customer designs to insure the most cost
effective solution has been implemented.

Production/Assembly Services:
CCM has spared no expense in acquiring and maintaining the most efficient auto assembly equipment available in the world. This equipment list includes our Komax(register trademark) Gamma 333 fully automated cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping machine, and our assortment of Autosplice (register trademark)machines, among others. Our state of the art equipment, combined with our highly trained and efficient work force represent the backbone of our success.

Cost Down Services:
Unique to CCM are the partnerships we have formed with an impressive list of component manufacturers. These partnerships have allowed CCM to gain efficiencies in our turnkey component acquisition function. These advantages range from BOM cost reductions to product availability. Our ability to cost down a BOM relies heavily on the strength of our partnerships with Molex, AMP, Amphenol, and DEUTCH, to name a few.
